To avoid unnecessary waiting times, we kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill on the evening before your departure. We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA and Maestro cards.
At our à-la-carte restaurant "Zum Tuxer", indulge in exquisite dishes inspired by both Tyrolean tradition and international cuisine.
Electricity, water, towels and bed linen are included in all apartments.
Our apartments are not serviced on a daily basis.
Should you require fresh towels, please let us know.
Please note that rooms are not serviced on Sundays and public holidays.
A complimentary welcome drink awaits you in your room.
You can store your bike safely in our lockable bike garage, which also features a washing area.
We’re happy to offer a bread roll service for our apartment guests! Please place your order by 4:00 p.m. on the day before.
Your room or apartment will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 a.m.

Free use of the showers in the wellness area after check-out.
A flat fee is charged for the final cleaning, as stated in our price lists.

Breakfast for our room guests is served in the "Zum Tuxer" restaurant. Apartment guests are welcome to add the breakfast buffet either in advance or directly on site.
Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted in our hotel.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.
The local tourist tax in the Zillertal Arena is € 2.60 per person per day (from 15 years of age).
Make your hike even more enjoyable – backpacks and hiking poles are available to borrow from our reception.
Of course, on warm summer days you can take a refreshing dip in our natural pool or relax and sunbathe on the lounging areas.
Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and apartments. Thank you for your understanding!
Free parking for our guests is available right in front of the hotel.

Sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area. Bathrobes can be collected from reception for the duration of your stay. For environmental reasons, we kindly ask you to bring your own bathing shoes.
As a special service, you can purchase your ski passes and the Zillertal Activcard directly at reception!
A lockable locker with a ski boot dryer is available for your ski equipment in the ski room.
The children’s playroom, equipped with various books and games, drawing materials, as well as a table football and air hockey table, is always open for you.
- When completing your booking, a deposit of EUR 150.00 per room/apartment is required (summer bookings excluded – no deposit necessary!).
- Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- The deposit will be deducted from your final hotel bill.
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 paragraph 1 item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- From 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total amount
No deposit required!
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 paragraph 1 item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
- From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- From 7 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total amount
No deposit required!

- Up to 31 days before arrival: € 150,-
- From 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount

You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.
Complimentary use of the wellness area (open daily in winter from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; in summer, access is available on request during the same hours).
