At our hotel, the little guests feel just as comfortable as the big ones. In and around the hotel, there’s plenty to discover and experience: an indoor playroom to run, paint, play and laugh; the Arena Coaster for a thrilling downhill ride just a few metres away; the Fun Arena Abenteuerland for climbing, jumping and exploring right next door; a natural pool from summer 2026 for splashing, swimming and relaxing; and the Zell am Ziller leisure park with ice skating, mini golf, bowling, tennis and a playground close by – and so much more.

Playroom

A lovingly designed playroom with children’s books, games, drawing materials, two table football games and an air hockey table ensures fun and variety – even on days away from the mountains.

Petting Zoo

A special highlight for children is our small but charming petting zoo: our goats Heidi and Lotti, along with our cute rabbits, love being petted and are always happy to be fed.

Fun Arena

Right next door, a large adventure playground awaits – featuring a tube slide, exciting climbing structures and a modern trampoline area. Here, children can enjoy endless fun and action while parents relax and take in the fresh mountain air.

Arena Coaster

The Alpine Coaster in the Zillertal offers 1,450 metres of pure excitement! With thrilling waves, steep curves and daring jumps, this ride promises unforgettable fun all year round – in summer and winter alike.

Fichtenschloss

At an altitude of 1,744 metres on the Rosenalm, a place full of fantasy and magic awaits – the Fichtenschloss (Spruce Castle). Together with the friendly "Fichtenwichtel" spruce elves, you and your family can immerse yourselves in a world of wonder and relive the magic of childhood dreams. A special highlight is the castle kitchen with its barbecue area: from 11 a.m. to around 2 p.m., you can grill your own food on the "Wichtel Grill" or purchase barbecue items directly from the on-site vending machine.

Leisure Park Zell

The leisure park in Zell am Ziller is the perfect destination for family time and sporting adventures. From tennis courts and a mini golf course to a large children’s playground – and even an ice rink in winter – it offers a wide range of activities that delight and create lasting memories.

Fichtensee

The Fichtensee combines natural beauty with adventure and is easily accessible from the Fichtenschloss. While adults enjoy the tranquillity and stunning panorama, children can splash about in the "Wichtelbucht" (elf cove) or explore the water playfully on stand-up paddle boards.
